Sign up by 31 December 2026 and pay $1.50 a player — half the rate — for every month through December 2027. The $50 setup and the free first calendar month stay as they are.
$3 a player a month is $15 for a five-month season.
You pay for people, not league spots: a player in two or three of your leagues is billed once.
What your club gets
- As many leagues as your club runs — one price per active player, whichever league they play in.
- Set up around your club: 80% proven framework, 20% built around your rules, courts and nights.
- An onboarding session that walks you through the app and its features.
- Help when you need it, with short response times — especially through your first month.
- Analytics on every league: completion, close matches, court time, who needs a nudge.
- Club tournaments at no extra cost while you run at least one league.
- Month to month. No contract term. Cancel any time; the current month is your last.
- Only active players count. Off-season months cost nothing and you keep your access.
- Your data is yours: request any league’s players, schedules and results at any time.
- Every player tool included: email and push, calendar buttons, match messages, availability, scores from the court, standings and stats.
How billing works
One invoice a month for the club, based on the roster you kept. Here is exactly how it is worked out.
Who counts
A player counts for a month when they were on your active roster for at least 10 days of it. Mark a player inactive and their days stop counting. A player in more than one of your leagues is counted once.
When you're invoiced
The setup fee is invoiced when you sign. Player fees are invoiced monthly in arrears: shortly after each month ends, for the month that actually happened.
Paying
Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Pay by Interac e-Transfer, pre-authorized debit or card.
Your first month
There are no player fees for the calendar month you start in, so a club starting mid-month pays only the $50 setup fee (Canadian dollars) until its first full month has run.
Off-season months
A month in which every one of your leagues is in its off-season throughout costs $0. Your roster, results and history stay in full for next season, and the setup fee never repeats.
Check the count yourself
The billing contact we set up for your club sees each month's count in the app, with every player's active days, so an invoice can be checked without asking us.
The money questions
Is there a contract, and how do we pay?
Yes: a plain-language Service Agreement plus a one-page order form with your pricing. It runs month to month with no contract term: cancel at any time, and the current month is your last. Invoices are due in 30 days, by Interac e-Transfer, pre-authorized debit or card. Your league data stays your club's, and we'll export it for you at no charge.
Is there a discount if we sign up this year?
Sign up by 31 December 2026 and pay $1.50 a player — half the rate — for every month through December 2027. The $50 setup and the free first calendar month stay as they are. A bigger club, or several leagues? Talk to us about the rate before you sign.
Talk to us about the rateCan we switch in the middle of a season?
Yes. A league has moved to HouseLeaguePro in the middle of a running season before, with its results so far carried over. Tell us where your season stands and we’ll plan the switch with you. Your first calendar month is free of player fees, which suits a mid-month start.
